Awesome Gezpacho

5 large ripe tomatoes
2-4 cloves garlic
1 cucumber
1/2 to 1 tsp. celtic sea salt
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch basil
1 bunch parsley
1 lemon juiced or to taste
1/4 Cup olive oil
water, only if needed
Maggii to flavor
Sea Vegetables, of choice

Dice all vegetables and roughly chop the basil, parsley and cilantro. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with some crunchy vegies: diced cucumbers, shredded carrots, diced zucini or whatever other you would like.
