Multivitamin-In-A-Cup Smoothie

Makes about 2 servings
This smoothie will supply most of the vitamins and amino acids you'll need for a day.

1/2 cup soymilk
1/2 cup filtered water
2 cups fresh orange juice, freshly juiced
1 apple, cored and diced
2 frozen bananas
4 frozen peach halves
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1 mango, peeled and diced (if in season)
1 tablespoon lecithin granules
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoon flax seed

Using a coffee grinder, that has never been used to grind coffee, grind and blend wheat germ, sunflower seeds, lecithin, yeast and flax seeds. Grind until fine, not powdered very fine like powdered sugar, think granular sugar. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together until smooth. If a little thick, add a few tablespoons more water or soy milk.

Because of the flax seeds, this smoothie will get a bit thicker as it sits, but if it sits too long, it begins to break down and thins out again. Something you don't want as it means the nutrients are breaking down. Its best drunk as soon as possible.

Alternative: replace soy milk with whichever homemade grain or nut milk you would like.
