Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread

1 cup Whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder, non-aluminum
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tbs Butter, melted
1 1/2 cups Finely shredded; unpeeled zucchini
1/2 cup Raisins

Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, and spices. In another bowl, combine egg, sugar, vanilla, and butter until well blended. Add zucchini and raisins. Combine wet and dry mixtures together until moistened. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place in a well greased 4x8 loaf pan or one that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto rack to finish cooling.
