Saute onion and garlic in oil till transluscent. Add pepper, mushrooms, carrot and parsley. Stir fry briefly before adding tofu, bread crumb, tamari and tomato sauce. Cook till well heated through and slightly thickened, not runny. Stuff into whole grain pita bread and serve some greens.
