Scrambled Tofu

1 pound Tofu
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons Bragg's Aminos (optional)
2 teaspoons Chicken Seasoning (optional)
pinch parsley to garnish

Crumble tofu into skillet, add olive oil and heat on high. Stir in seasonings and cook 5 minutes on medium heat. Look for a reduction in water and slight browning.

Variation: Add chopped bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn, carrot, cauliflower or other vegetable of choice. Try some sea vegetable (powdered) or other seasoning. If your interested in adding potatoes, cook them first, stir tofu with ingredients in a bowl and just before the potatoes are done, add the tofu and cook together.
