Sunny Flax Crackers, RawFrom: Living in the Raw, by Rose Lee Calabro, P. 78.
Process sunflower seeds and onions through a Champion Juicer using the solid plate. Add flax seeds, Bragg, basil, oregano, and thyme; mix well. Spread mixture 1/4" thick on a dehydrator tray with a teflex sheet. Keeping hands wet will help in the spreading of the flax seeds. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 5 to 6 hours, flip the crackers over, and remove the teflex sheet. Score the crackers into small squares with a knife. Continue dehydrating for 5 to 6 hours, or until the mixture is completely dry. I find Igor's Crackers to be a little easier to make, but these always get a good reception as well.
