Sunny Flax Crackers, Raw

From: Living in the Raw, by Rose Lee Calabro, P. 78.

2 Cups sunflower seeds, soaked 6 hours, water to cover, rinsed
2 Cups flaxseeds, soaked 4 to 6 hours in 1 1/3 Cups water, rinsed
1 Red Onion, chopped
1/2 Cups Bragg Liguid Aminos
1 Tbs Dried Basil
1 Tbs Dried regano
1 Tbs Dried Thyme

Process sunflower seeds and onions through a Champion Juicer using the solid plate. Add flax seeds, Bragg, basil, oregano, and thyme; mix well. Spread mixture 1/4" thick on a dehydrator tray with a teflex sheet. Keeping hands wet will help in the spreading of the flax seeds. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 5 to 6 hours, flip the crackers over, and remove the teflex sheet. Score the crackers into small squares with a knife. Continue dehydrating for 5 to 6 hours, or until the mixture is completely dry.

I find Igor's Crackers to be a little easier to make, but these always get a good reception as well.
