Banana Date Nut Salad

2 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
8 dates, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. lemon juice
1-2 Tablespoons of sunflower seed

Combine bananas, dates, sunflower seeds and walnuts in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss. Just before serving, spoon fruit mixture into serving dishes.
