Fenugreek

Latin Name: Trigonella foenum-graecum

An Annual. Culinary and Medicinal: Fenugreek seeds are used as a flavoring in curries and chutneys. Spicy green leaves are used in vegetable curries. The seeds are rich in vitamins A, B1, C, Iron and minerals. Fenugreek tea is considered a female tonic.
