Curry Powder

Curry Powder is a blend of many spices, all depending on the region as to what they are, and is used widely in savory dishes throughout India and Southeast Asia. Curry could be pale or bright yellow, all the way to a red or brown color, depending region and can be mild to very spicy hot. It has been found that the cumin and garlic based curries have cancer preventing agents, although curries with chillies have also shown cancer preventing agents.
