Aromatic Description: Minty, slightly fruity aroma that is less bright than peppermint.
Constituents: a-pinene, B-pinene, carvone, 1,8-cineole, linalool, limonene, myrcene, caryophyllene, menthol.
Usage: bath; massage; foot bath; insect repellent; and vaporisation.
Possible Uses: Asthma, exhaustion, fever, flatulence, headache, nausea, scabies, vertigo.
Safety Information: Mucous membrane irritant. Do not use while pregnant, potential skin irritant, use well diluted.

With a sweeter fragrance than peppermint. This oil is calming and useful in stimulating a tired mind. This essential oil is extracted from the leaves and flowering tops by steam distillation. It stimulates, refreshes, cools, restores and uplifts mind and body. A more subtle oil than peppermint. Excellent for refreshing tired head and feet. Sniff from bottle or one drop on handkerchief to revive during travel. Add a few drops to car dashboard to help stay alert and clear thinking.
