Can be used neat. The most commonly used all rounder, useful to soothe relax and revive. Blends with many oils. This essential oil is extracted from the flowering tops and stalks by steam distillation. It relaxes, soothes, restores and balances. Excellent for refreshing tired muscles, feet and head and useful during the cold season. Add a drop to pillow/sheet before peaceful sleep.
