Constituents: a-pinene, camphene, B-pinene, 1,8-cineole, linalool, borneol, y-terpineol, nerol, neral, geraniol, geranial, geranyl acetate, B-bisabolene, zingiberene.
Aromatic Properties: anchoring, energizing, invigorating, memory loss, stimulating, strengthening, stress, warming
Aromatic Description: Warm, spicy, earthy, woody.
Blends well with Orange and other citrus oils.
Usage: bath; massage; and vaporisation. Caution: may irritate sensitive skin.

Possible Uses: Aching muscles, arthritis, nausea, poor circulation, antiseptic, antispasmodic, appetite stimulant, arteriosclerosis, bronchitis, bursitis, carminative, cerebral palsy, chilblains, chills, circulatory stimulant, colds, congestion, constipation, convalescence, coughs, cramps, diabetes, diarrhea, edema, exhaustion, fever, fibrosis, flatulence, fractures, frostbite, ganglion, hair loss, hangovers, indigestion, inguinal hernia, laryngitis, laxative, lower abdominal pain, lumbago, malaria, motion sickness, muscular aches, muscular dystrophy, normalizes blood pressure, osteoporosis, pneumonia, rheumatoid arthritis, sinus infections, sea sickness, sprains, sore throat, tendonitis, tennis elbow, tonsillitis, toothache, travel sickness, vomiting.

Safety Information: Slightly phototoxic. Do not use if the area of application will be exposed to sunlight for 24 hours due to its phototoxicity. Potential Skin Irritant. Do not use on children who spend a lot of time outdoors. Ginger Oil is nontoxic and non-irritating except in high concentration.

A Warming Oil to revive the body. Good for nausea and sickness. This essential oil is extracted by steam distillation. Ginger is fiery and fortifying. Comforting oil for the cold season and for massaging on muscles. Blend with Orange for warming winter baths.
