Organic:

Of or relating to or derived from living organisms; "organic soil." Of or relating to foodstuff grown or raised without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, defoliants, antibiotics, hormones or hormones, or other chemicals hazardous to ones health. A simple and healthful and close to nature; "an organic lifestyle."

Referring to a material from an animal or vegetable source, such as refuse in the form of manure or food scraps; also a form of agriculture which employs fertilizers and soil conditioners that are primarily derived from animal or vegetable sources, in the form of compost, as opposed to mineral or petrochemical sources. It is the type of farming that is closest to nature and still use modern farming techniques like tilling the soil with a tractor.
